We found the neglected Saint Castor in 1998 and immediately saw its potential. Our 5 year restoration project ended in 2003 with the completion of the Bake House. Our enthusiasm for all that Provence has to offer remains unabated and we derive great pleasure from sharing our knowledge with our guests (and also learning more from our guests’ experiences!).
